It is a complete rubber powder production line, to crush various rubber nubs or blocks into 20-24mesh rubber powder, and automatically separate rubber powder and wire.

Structure: Mainly consists of frame, base, from and back working rolls, gears, gear reducer, clearance adjusting system, lubricating system, emergency brake system, heating or cooling system, two vibration screens, three conveyers, and two magnetic conveyors.

Principle: Motor drive two rolls rotate reversely, forming crushing action. When the material is going between the two rolls, the rolls crush them into small pieces and crumb, falling to the vibration table, the bottom of the vibration table is a screen net, motor drive the vibration table reciprocate, the small crumb being screen out, the rubber pieces will be transported by the conveyer to be re-crushed.
